e-Learning Course: The National Standard for Vendor Credentialing (Annual Corporate Fee)

e-Learning Course: The National Standard for Vendor Credentialing (Annual Corporate Fee)

$5,000.00 CAD

Annual corporate fee is a group rate recommended for 14 or more individuals requiring training.

In recognition of the importance of safety and protection of healthcare professionals and patients, HSCN*, in collaboration with Innovative Medicines Canada, launched a web-based training program, several years ago, on the National Standard for Vendor Credentialing for the healthcare industry. Available in both English and French, the comprehensive training uses an intuitive learning platform that meets the principles of adult learning and is based on a series of practical case-based learning modules.

*Effective July 1, 2020, The Healthcare Supply Chain Network (HSCN) ceased operations. Health Standards Organization (HSO) and Accreditation Canada (AC) was selected as the solution provider and administrator of the HSCN Vendor Credentialing Program, including the HSCN Standard, the Registry and online training course.  HSCN chose HSO and AC because of their independence, their reputation for ensuring quality and safety of healthcare organizations across Canada and around the world, and for their vision for what the program can become.  As such, HSO and AC will continue to support the Vendor Credentialing Program in its current state for the first year or so.

This training program has been designed for vendors and healthcare industry representatives (HCIR) looking for educational support in meeting the National Standard for Vendor Credentialing. Once completed your team will have a better understanding and compliance with the standard that ensures the privacy and safety of patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare representatives.
